Job summary

TestHiring is seeking a seasoned audit professional to lead full-cycle external audits in the United Arab Emirates, overseeing planning, execution and reporting.

You will manage diverse portfolios including corporates, financial institutions and group audits, review financial statements, ensure UAE tax compliance, and mentor teams while coordinating with regulators such as DIFC and ADGM, with a strong focus on IFRS and ISA.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA, CPA or ACCA with strong technical command over IFRS and ISA.
• Proven track record in managing large audit portfolios and teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
• ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle or D365) preferred.
• Mandatory qualification: CA, CPA or ACCA.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle external audits – planning, execution and reporting.
• Handle diverse portfolios, including corporates, financial institutions, and group audits.
• Review financials, assess audit opinions and ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax and VAT.
• Manage key client and regulator relationships (DIFC, ADGM, etc.).
• Mentor audit teams and conduct training on IFRS and audit updates.
