Havaianas International Distributor Markets (IDM) BU is looking for a person who is tech-savvy, data-driven, passionate to learn, to be based in Dubai office & managing DTC channel for Middle East & Africa.

Job Responsibilities:

DTC OFFLINE Stores

  1. Co-ordinate on daily basis with distributors in MEA - GCC, Angola, South Africa, Israel, Morocco etc. to roll-out Alpargatas global & regional guidelines with respect to new store design guidelines, implementing visual merchandising guidelines, approving point of sales material, stores refits, fixtures & furniture design, store staff uniform, shopping bags etc.
  2. Track the performance of DTC stores vs the financial plan & influence the distributors to take corrective actions
  3. Prepare dashboards & trackers for IDM leadership to track the channel’s performance
  4. Assist the distributors in retail analytics relating to merchandising, retail KPIs, promotions effectiveness
  5. Cross-functional collaboration & co-ordination, esp. with Brand marketing & trade marketing teams

DTC ONLINE Stores (E-commerce)

  1. Co-ordinate with MEA distributors to create monthly business plan for online, trading calendar & related marketing budgets
  2. Track the performance of e-commerce channel vs the business plan & influence the distributors to take corrective actions to plug in gaps, if any
  3. Analyze funnel (TOFU, BOFU, MOFU) performance & provide recommendations to improve
  4. Prepare dashboards & trackers for IDM leadership to track the channel’s performance via KPIs like sessions, ROAS, ROI, Conversion, cancellation rates etc.
  5. Drive initiatives & projects like omni-implementation, CRM etc. to grow e-commerce business
  6. Troubleshoot in case distributors need tech support related to domains, URLs, backend platform changes
  7. Timely release of appropriate assets & creatives for online campaigns
  8. Cross-functional collaboration & co-ordination, esp. with Brand marketing & trade marketing teams

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Should have completed graduation & possess 2-4 years of work-experience in retail/e-commerce
  2. Should be currently based in UAE
  3. Possess strong communication skills in English
  4. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills & knowledge of MS Office (PPT, WORD etc.)
  5. Passionate about retail & data analytics – deep diving & building hypothesis & doing RCAs
  6. Team player, hardworking, keen to learn. Great attention to details
  7. Can deal with ambiguity & ever-changing needs of business
