Job Description

The Direct Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales by actively engaging with potential customers and promoting the company’s products or services. This role involves direct interaction with clients, whether through door-to-door sales, corporate outreach, or field visits. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a strong ability to close deals. This position requires a proactive, goal-oriented professional who thrives in a competitive sales environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales methods, including field visits and networking.
2. Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
5. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
6. Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and handle customer objections professionally.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
8. Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the sales team.
9. Ensure excellent post-sales service and follow-up with clients.
10. Collaborate with team members and contribute to overall sales strategy development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in direct sales, field sales, or a similar role.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
5. Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven mindset.
6. Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
7. Valid UAE driving license preferred for field sales roles.
8. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
