The Role / Responsibilities:

We are looking for a professional to sell Moody's solutions within Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, and Private Banking segments. The role involves delivering complex solutions leveraging Moody's platforms, data, and analytics offerings across domains like Supply Chain, Data, AI, KYX, Credit, Cyber, and Climate, to prospective customers at a larger scale, benefiting both customers and Moody's. The person will identify, develop, and seize such opportunities, collaborating across the organization and industry.

This role is primarily focused on new business development, with limited account management.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships within Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, and Private Banking industries, delivering enterprise solutions at scale.
  • Identify, develop, and capitalize on new opportunities, working with colleagues across Moody's and the industry.
  • Drive strategic engagement and build commercial relationships with key customers, ensuring delivery of Moody's solutions.
  • Establish C-suite relationships and deliver tailored enterprise propositions addressing customer needs.
  • Identify strategic projects to expand business with core customers.
  • Create, implement, and monitor strategic account plans; forecast and report on performance indicators.
  • Utilize sector insights to identify opportunities and risks, providing valuable feedback internally.
Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of experience in complex software and data sales within GCC and the Middle East financial sector.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales processes for large, complex deals.
  • Deep knowledge of banking operations and the role of Risk and Analytics.
  • Preferably, strong understanding of risk regulations nationally and internationally.
  • Excellent work ethic, organized, persuasive, friendly, and capable of engaging prospects and clients at all levels.
  • Well-connected within relevant industries, staying updated on latest trends.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in person and virtual.
  • Fluent in relevant languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
