Dining Facility Supervisor

The Dining Facility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a dining establishment, ensuring food quality, hygiene standards, customer satisfaction, and staff performance. This role is based within a hospitality, corporate, or institutional setting in the UAE, where the supervisor manages kitchen and service teams, monitors inventory and supplies, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising the overall operations of the dining facility, including kitchen, food service, and cleaning teams.
2. Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations as per UAE standards.
3. Monitoring food preparation, presentation, and service to maintain quality and consistency.
4. Managing staff scheduling, attendance, and performance to ensure smooth service delivery.
5. Overseeing inventory levels, placing supply orders, and reducing food wastage.
6. Handling customer feedback and resolving service-related concerns promptly and professionally.
7. Coordinating with catering, maintenance, and procurement teams to support efficient operations.
8. Training staff on service protocols, safety procedures, and company policies.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
2. 4-6 years of experience in food service or dining facility supervision, preferably in the UAE.
3. Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards in line with local regulations.
4. Proven ability to lead diverse teams and handle high-volume service environments.
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
6. Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office tools.
7. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an asset.
