Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing (EDM), and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Create engaging content for email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and customer communications.
  • Conduct campaign performance analysis using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor and manage CRM system to track customer interactions, segment audiences, and personalize communications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, email marketing, and CRM.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Telegram.
  • Develop and execute social media content calendars, including writing engaging copy and creating compelling visuals.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
  • Identify and recruit Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote our brand and products/services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, including negotiating partnerships and managing collaborations.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to inform strategy.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of combined experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and innovative strategies.
