Job summary

Ethara seeks a skilled digital wayfinding coordinator to design and maintain guest journeys at premier live events in Abu Dhabi. You will manage maps, signage, kiosks and bilingual content, ensuring accurate, timely guidance for attendees.

The role requires 3+ years in digital wayfinding or related fields, live-event experience, and strong stakeholder coordination. Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred, with on-site work in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in digital media, IT, GIS, event management, design or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in digital wayfinding, digital signage, mapping platforms or digital content operations.
• Experience in a live event, venue or comparable public environment; major-event experience preferred.

• Test routes, QR codes, mobile journeys, screens and content schedules.

What you’ll bring:

• A degree or diploma in digital media, IT, GIS, event management, design or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of relevant experience in digital wayfinding, digital signage, mapping platforms or digital content operations.
• Experience in a live event, venue or comparable public environment; major-event experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, stakeholder coordination and sound judgement under pressure.
• Fluent English & Arabic is preferred.
