Overview of the role

The role supports the Regional Head of Digital Transformation in shaping and executing the strategic vision for Al-Futtaim Real Estate’s digital transformation roadmap. The individual will play a key role in analyzing emerging digital market trends, assessing the current state of the company’s digital maturity, identifying gaps and opportunities, and leading the implementation of digital initiatives. This includes end-to-end oversight of transformation projects to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and long-term vision.

What you will do

• Support the development of the Real Estate digitalization strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations on digital gaps, business opportunities, and critical decision points.
• Evaluate the digital maturity and transformation potential across the Real Estate portfolio, identifying high-impact initiatives and translating them into actionable roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Define, develop, and drive the execution of long-term strategic digital plans, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, and alignment with business priorities.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of digital transformation strategies and digital product initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver digital initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with operational and strategic objectives.
• Engage and manage stakeholders across various levels of the organization as well as with external partners to ensure alignment, support, and successful change management.
• Serve as the digital transformation PMO, overseeing governance, tracking KPIs, measuring performance, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills to be successful

• 10+ years of experience in a digital strategy consulting firm, leading multiple digital transformation initiatives, or in a digital transformation role with a proven track record of implementing digital solutions within the real estate sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing digital strategies and initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and oversee projects using PMO best practices.
• Strong familiarity with a broad range of digital platforms, tools, and technologies.
• Effective project management abilities, including prioritization and coordination of multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
