Job summary

Caterpillar offers a unique internship for recent graduates to gain hands‑on experience in digital transformation, business processes, and data‑driven decision making. You will support dealer digital products and cross‑functional initiatives in a global team.

You will develop analytical, project management, communication, and leadership skills while gaining exposure to dealer ecosystems and enterprise technology projects.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Available for a full‑time 12‑month internship.
• Must be willing & able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects.
• Assist in deployment and adoption of dealer digital products and applications.
• Support validation activities, testing, and business process reviews for digital solutions.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced customer experiences.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, project documentation, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with regional teams, dealers, and business partners to support ongoing digital initiatives.
• Help track project milestones, risks, action items, and stakeholder communications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that drive operational efficiency and customer success.
