Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of digital transformation projects.
• Assist deployment and adoption of dealer digital products and applications.
• Support validation activities, testing, and business process reviews for digital solutions.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and better customer experiences.
• Assist with reporting, dashboards, project documentation, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with regional teams, dealers, and business partners to support digital initiatives.
• Help track project milestones, risks, action items, and stakeholder communications.
