The Digital Transformation Engagement Lead is a strategic role within our team, focused on driving digital transformation initiatives for our clients. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in digital technologies, market strategies, and business transformation. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, leveraging cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance client performance and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for digital transformation projects.
- Lead client engagements, from initial consultation through to implementation and optimization.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Foster strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives. - Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improvement.
- Analyse market trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
- Deliver high-impact presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our digital transformation capabilities and value propositions.
Qualifications:
- Healthcare experience is a must
- Consulting experience in MBB/Tier-2 organisations is mandatory
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation
- Strong understanding of digital technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, cloud computing) and their application in business contexts.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - A strong passion for closing deals and winning clients is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
