Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum plus temporary accommodation and tax-free salary!

A leading fashion ecommerce company is redefining the future of fashion—fast, data-driven, and global. They are seeking a tech-savvy Digital Trading Director to lead their multi-brand ecommerce business and elevate it to new heights.

Responsibilities

1. Own ecommerce revenue and P&Ls across regions and channels.
2. Drive daily trading performance and optimize customer journey and conversion using data insights.
3. Improve UX/UI for seamless cross-device experience.
4. Lead digital, analytics, and pricing teams with a strategic yet hands-on approach.
5. Focus on increasing conversion, AOV, and profitability.
6. Leverage global experience (Europe, Middle East, Asia) and scale ecommerce in DTC and marketplaces (advantageous).
