Digital Strategy Manager GTR

The Digital Strategy Manager GTR is responsible for leading and implementing the Ploom Digital strategy in the Global Travel Retail market. This role involves developing a yearly digital plan, promoting Consumer Experience Management (CEM) principles, and ensuring a superior digital consumer experience. The manager will collaborate with marketing and brand teams to support brand objectives and strategies.

You will also lead the deployment of the GTR commercial engine, conduct data-driven analyses, and guide the team to derive insights and execute the digital strategy for Ploom in GTR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead digital strategies for GTR by identifying needs and optimizing the consumer journey through online applications, integrating digital tools with offline touchpoints.
  • Build brand awareness and acquire consumers through digital campaigns aligned with global guidelines.
  • Create synergies with domestic campaigns to enhance GTR tools and ensure seamless consumer experience.
  • Monitor KPIs and investments, optimizing results through a data-centric, test-and-learn approach.
Requirements
  • University degree
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management and digital strategy development & operations
  • Proven success in delivering consumer product campaigns
  • Experience in cross-functional projects, as a team member or lead
  • Travel retail experience is an advantage
  • Cross-cultural experience
  • Strong digital analysis skills and strategic planning ability
