Job Description
  • Assess current operations across divisions to identify digitalization opportunities.
  • Develop and lead the digital services roadmap in alignmentwith business strategy.
  • Initiate and oversee projects for new digital tools, services, and platforms.
  • Ensure integration and standardization of digital initiatives across divisions.
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with IT, operations, and business leaders to drive adoption and cultural change.
  • Report progress, outcomes, and impact of digital initiatives to top management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or product development.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, automation tools, cloud solutions, and data-driven services.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-divisional digital projects from assessmentto delivery.
  • Strong business acumen to evaluate ROI and scalability of digital initiatives.
