The Digital Sales & Marketing Executive should have practical knowledge of sales / marketing on Amazon, Noon and other platforms. Experience in social media advertising (especially Meta / Facebook and Instagram) is required, along with experience in search-word and product analysis on social media (especially Facebook and Amazon). Knowledge in creative design and video ads is also needed.
Principal Accountability
- Manage all the digital media platforms, online customers and data to ensure they are always updated and aligned with the corporate identity / brand.
- Successfully and timely execute all digital marketing and sales campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
- Set up conversion, pixel and event tracking on the website and manage / optimize its SEO.
- Track digital campaigns effectiveness on a daily basis (total leads, CPLs, CTRs, conversion rates, etc.) and evaluate performance against goals and KPIs.
- Manage all social media accounts including content production, increasing engagement and generating online sales.
- Create, proofread and edit digital marketing content to ensure branding and sales consistency; monitor digital & social media trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain Facebook page health and ensure pages are updated per Facebook policies.
- Search for new products online, find suppliers online and in physical shops in UAE.
- Collect and interpret data from marketing campaigns and analyze sales.
- Develop and analyze reports on web activity, traffic, online sales, digital ad spend and related performance metrics.
Requirements
- Google and other digital marketing certifications are preferred
- Degree / diploma in marketing, social media or analysis is preferred
- Knowledge to start and handle Amazon (US and UAE) sales
- Knowledge to identify products with most ROI on Amazon and local market
- Ability to manage website admin panels and Google Analytics is preferred
- Digital media agency experience is preferred
- Understanding of social media management is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, online ads & data analytics to interpret online business
- Good IT skills such as MS Office and Internet Research
- Must be strategic and analytical to deliver objectives in SEM
- Kept up-to-date with latest industry trends and market practices
