RightMedia Advertising is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. UAE experience in sales and business development within the digital marketing sector is essential.

As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep understanding of digital marketing, and excels when working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively generate outbound opportunities to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads from various inbound activities, including marketing campaigns, industry conferences, client references, and trade shows.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients through meetings, events, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Project Onboarding: Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and attend kick-off meetings to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Sales Process Management: Identify client needs and provide tailored digital marketing solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations for client meetings.
  • Communication & Follow-Up: Address client inquiries, support potential clients by answering questions, and follow up to drive engagement and close deals.
  • Client Relations: Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics to track progress and performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven UAE experience in sales/business development within the digital marketing industry is mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of the sales process, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with clients.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
