The primary objectives of hiring a Digital Project Manager include:

1. Leading digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitoring progress against key milestones.
4. Managing project resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and third-party contractors.
5. Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
6. Communicating project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior management.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading project kickoff meetings and defining project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
2. Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools.
3. Assigning tasks and responsibilities to project team members and tracking progress against project milestones.
4. Conducting regular project status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
5. Managing project documentation, including project charters, stakeholder communications, and project deliverables.
6. Ensuring compliance with project management methodologies and best practices, such as Agile or Waterfall.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital or technology-focused environment.
3. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
6. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is desirable.

Key deliverables expected from the Digital Project Manager include:

1. Project charters, project plans, and project schedules.
2. Status reports, including project progress, risks, and issues.
3. Stakeholder communications and meeting minutes.
4. Project documentation, such as requirements documents, design documents, and test plans.
5. Completed project deliverables and sign-off from stakeholders.

Duration and Timeline:

The engagement for the Digital Project Manager is expected to be [2 Years]. The timeline for key deliverables and milestones will be mutually agreed upon at the outset of the engagement.

Information Security Requirements:

1. The Digital Project Manager shall sign a non-disclosure agreement that covers the engagements during and beyond the term of their employment.
2. The Digital Project Manager shall be subjected to security clearance advised by D.
3. The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for the safe custody of credentials usernames/ passwords/ tokens provided (if any) for the delivery of tasks defined in the scope of this project.
4. The Digital Project Manager shall ensure to support information security continuity and cyber-resilience in case of a disaster / crisis.
5. The Digital Project Manager shall support during Information Security continuity and Cyber-Resilience testing exercise.
6. The Digital Project Manager shall provide appropriate reports on the achieved service level targets on regular time intervals or as agreed.
7. The Digital Project Manager shall ensure achievement of the defined and agreed service level targets.
8. The Digital Project Manager shall notify of any information security incidents that may impact within 72 hours of confirming such an incident and shall support and cooperate for the resolution of the incident in line with the Information Security Incident Management.
