Digital Project Manager

The Digital Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of web development, UX design and SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
2. Work with cross functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.
3. Collaborate with developers to ensure websites are built with optimal performance, scalability and functionality.
4. Coordinate technical tasks, such as backend integration, CMS implementation and deployment.
5. Work with designers to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
6. Facilitate user research, testing and iterative design improvements.
7. Partner with SEO specialists to implement strategies that improve organic visibility and performance.
8. Oversee key audits, keyword optimization and technical SEO improvements.
9. Analyze SEO performance metrics and prepare actionable reports for stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing web development, UX and SEO projects.
2. Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana) and agile work methodologies.
3. Solid understanding of web development technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Drupal, Shopify).
4. Knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
