A leading logistics company is seeking a Digital Project Manager to drive their digital transformation strategy in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the integration of new technologies and ensuring collaborative efforts across departments. Job Purpose:
The Digital Project Manager drives Bahri's digital transformation strategy by supervising the planning, execution, and governance of digital initiatives. This role ensures the successful integration of new technologies and digital solutions across business units, fostering innovation and improving operational efficiency. The project manager will lead demand management, manage vendors, track project performance, and promote a digital-first culture to support Bahri’s long-term growth and competitiveness.
Key Accountabilities:
Digital Strategy
Develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that aligns with Bahri’s business objectives and promotes innovation across the organization.
Governance
Establish and maintain a governance structure to manage digital transformation projects effectively, ensuring adherence to strategic goals and policies.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Facilitate collaboration between departments and functions to ensure that digital transformation efforts are integrated and cohesive.
Demand Management
Lead demand management activities to ensure a smooth transition to new digital processes and systems. This includes vendor management, roadmap planning, and regular performance evaluations.
Project Oversight
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting established success criteria.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management
PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant project management certification.
