Charterhouse are working in partnership with a leading Corporate Services Organisation, who are looking to hire a Digital Project Coordinator to join the Projects Management team in their Dubai office. This role would be collaborating with cross-functional teams across the business to enhance operational efficiency and drive business improvement processes.

About the role

The Digital Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in merging technical insights with strategic execution by delivering AI-driven solutions and contributing towards tangible business outcomes. A key focus of this role would be identifying opportunities within the business and leading automation projects to streamline internal processes.

The role will involve working with cross-functional teams to leverage emerging technologies into scalable solutions, including designing AI-powered tools, setting up predictive analytics platforms and leading innovative initiatives. Our client is looking for someone with a solid background in artificial intelligence and machine learning principles, especially in Natural Language Processing and large language models.

About you

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, alongside ideally 3-5 years of experience in AI implementation or digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be familiar with platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face and Azure AI, along with prior experience working across different business projects. Our client is looking for a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, who is also adept at communicating across technical and non-technical teams.
