About the Job — Digital Product Strategist Lead

At ATÖLYE, we support our clients in envisioning future digital products and services. We are seeking a seasoned digital strategist who brings a digital lens to our strategic projects and can effectively connect design, business, and technology to lead the creation of digital products that drive the future.

As a Digital Product Strategist Lead and part of ATÖLYE’s design team, you will work on envisioning future services and digital value propositions, craft omnichannel digital strategies to optimize our clients' digital presence, and drive growth.

We are seeking a Digital Product Strategist with ambition, strategic vision, and leadership skills to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients' digital ecosystems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and participate on cross-functional teams to translate market opportunities and business ambitions into differentiative digital initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and align business, design, and technology to develop digital strategies, product roadmaps, goals, and user and business KPIs that drive digital success.
  • Pursue a rigorous and structured user-centric approach to drive strategic insights that solve business problems and address unmet customer needs related to the digital ecosystem.
  • Think systematically to create impactful omnichannel experiences across the entire customer, user, or citizen lifetime journey.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies, innovative products, and experiences as well as market trends and best practices, and combine them with human-centered insights to push the boundaries of what is possible.
  • Conceptualize go-to-market strategies for digital products, taking into account data-driven decisions, customer insights, and business strategy.
  • Know how to brief designers for stunning, conceptually strong, and experience-rich creative outputs that align with strategic goals.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 7+ years of experience in product and digital strategy.
  • Proven track record working across diverse sectors and technologies, including public sector initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience in the early stages of the product life cycle : strategy and concept creation, design, and development
  • Knowledge of service design and strategic design projects
  • Understanding of user research methodology and how to incorporate it into the design process
  • Strong facilitation skills, conducting either in-person and remote / hybrid workshops
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, local languages where ATÖLYE operates are a plus : Arabic, Turkish
