Responsible for delivering the full onboarding of a service or feature, end to end, including business requirements, design, development, rollout, and support.
Develop all related user stories.
Onboard public and private sector entities to gain their buy-in and APIs, including organizing and conducting necessary meetings with stakeholders.
Interact and engage with entities and internal/external stakeholders related to the development of a service.
Work closely with entities to understand their businesses and re-engineer their processes to enhance customer service.
Define the best way a service can be presented to customers across all platforms.
Ensure full deployment and that the final product meets end-user needs.
Lead scrum teams as the Product Owner.
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure focus on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy.
Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.
Collaborate closely with other product owners in the team to ensure alignment of all processes.
Work with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to targets.
Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
Stay up to date with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple major projects/services simultaneously.
Possess a solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
