Digital Product Owner

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering the full onboarding of a service or feature, end to end, including business requirements, design, development, rollout, and support.
• Develop all related user stories.
• Onboard public and private sector entities to gain their buy-in and APIs, including organizing and conducting necessary meetings with stakeholders.
• Interact and engage with entities and internal/external stakeholders related to the development of a service.
• Work closely with entities to understand their businesses and re-engineer their processes to enhance customer service.
• Define the best way a service can be presented to customers across all platforms.
• Ensure full deployment and that the final product meets end-user needs.
• Lead scrum teams as the Product Owner.
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure focus on those with maximum value aligned with product strategy.
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of user stories.
• Collaborate closely with other product owners in the team to ensure alignment of all processes.
• Work with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to targets.
• Play an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
• Stay up to date with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple major projects/services simultaneously.
• Possess a solid understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
• The role will report to the Product Manager.
