Job summary

eMagine Solutions in Dubai seeks an Integration Specialist to align pre-sales, delivery and post-implementation support. You’ll map customer environments, define interfaces, and create credible architectures that can be delivered and documented in critical infrastructure settings.

You will lead workshops, extract real requirements, assess risks, and coordinate with vendors and third parties to ensure the sold solution is deliverable.

Job description

This is a role for someone who can sit in the middle of a deal and a delivery and make both run smoother.

You’ll be the integration specialist brought in when the customer environment is complex, the interfaces aren’t obvious, and everyone needs a clear plan: what connects to what, how, when, and what could break.

You’ll support pursuits (bids/tenders) and then stay close through program delivery, making sure the solution that was sold is actually deliverable, supportable, and properly documented in critical infrastructure environments.

The role has 3 main facets, pre-sales, delivery / project management and post implementation support.

• Be the technical point of contact for integration questions during pursuits
• Join customer workshops/discovery sessions and pull out the real requirements (not the vague ones)
• Turn those requirements into high-level integration architecture, diagrams, and a clear scope narrative
• Call out assumptions, dependencies, exclusions, and risks early so nothing “surprises” the project later
• Check third-party platforms/interfaces and confirm what’s realistic vs what’s wishful thinking
• Support tender submissions with the right technical content: drawings, scope statements, implementation approach

Delivery / programs support

• Help programs lock down scope and implementation documentation for digital solutions
• Produce clear diagrams that show integration points (so delivery teams aren’t guessing)
• Support technical conversations with customers during design and delivery
• Coordinate with third parties when extra software/hardware is required for a turnkey outcome
• Support tickets tied to solutions and contribute to cyber/security documentationWork with engineering/R&D when integration issues need product fixes or enhancements
• Peer review network drawings, architecture, and plans to keep quality high

Feedback / Support

• Keep an eye on deployed solutions: what’s working, what’s not, what’s changed
• Feed customer and regulatory requirements back into product teams
• Build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers/integrators
• Support market research and evaluation of new technologies that strengthen the solution set
• You must come from a vendor or consultancy background. This role needs someone used to shaping solutions with customers, supporting pursuits, and then backing delivery (not someone who’s only worked internally in one enterprise environment).
• Strong experience in solution design / integration architecture (high-level is fine, but it must be credible and structured)
• Comfortable being customer-facing: workshops, discovery, stakeholder management, influencing without authority
• Solid grounding in IT/network fundamentals and interfaces (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP)
• You document properly: diagrams, scope statements, implementation plans, not “it’s in my head”

Systems integrator experience is a plus (secondary). Useful, but not the main requirement.

• Security operations exposure and comfort contributing to security/privacy documentation
• Project delivery experience across cross-functional teams
