Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Specialist Sales- Digital Payments for the MENA East region based in Dubai. You will own all Digital & Authentication assets for the market, drive key KPIs, and act as SME for the front line and CSC solution specialist.

You will report to the Digital Products Lead and manage UAE, Pakistan, Qatar, Kuwait and Oman. The role emphasizes deep product knowledge, market enablement, and collaboration with client counterparts to deliver end-to-end digital payment

Qualifications

Deep technical expertise in assigned product, service or platform capability.
Collaborate and work on internal squads and cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end solutions for clients with multiple MA capabilities.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own assigned products and platforms (MDES, Wallets, Tokenization, Passkeys, etc.).
Act as an expert for geography/solution portfolio and translate product capabilities into solutions.
Provide market insights and knowledge to support opportunities and accuracy of solution knowledge.
Monitor customer success and advocate for Mastercard products and solutions.
Support value proposition development and market enablement.
Collaborate with AM/BD and CSCL to enable market readiness and upcoming capabilities.
