Job summary

Azadea Group in Dubai is seeking a Digital Merchandiser to curate and optimize the online shopping experience through product management and categorization on the website. • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Digital Merchandising or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Implement the trading strategy for categories in collaboration with the E-Commerce Trading Manager and brand teams.
• Handle categorization of product ranges, optimize existing categories, create new categories, and ensure optimal visual merchandising of pages.
• Manage day-to-day trading of categories, including Category Landing Pages and onsite real estate.
• Review daily merchandise reports and ensure products are categorized correctly.
• Enhance the customer experience on the website by utilizing tools and making improvement recommendations.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies that account for differences in countries, markets, currencies, and customer behaviors to ensure localization.
• Manage onsite promotions according to the commercial calendar.
• Monitor onsite search and navigation, optimize for user experience and commercial impact.
• Provide merchandising recommendations based on customer insights, brand strategy, and initiatives to grow revenue, conversions, and AOV.
• Aim to improve user experience and enhance product discovery and content.
• Monitor competitors' activities to understand trends, pricing, and promotions, and explore new ideas.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to share merchandising insights and align with consumer experiences.
• Work with stakeholders to manage product listings, develop category/brand merchandising strategies, and execute sales and promotional plans.
