Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the successful candidate will collaborate with content and social teams to drive impactful campaigns for a market-leading brand with significant growth potential. Responsibilities

1. Manage and nurture existing Telegram channels to foster customer engagement and maximize their value.
2. Create and grow new channels within Telegram and other emerging platforms.
3. Research industry trends and audience preferences to identify opportunities.
4. Design and optimize advertising campaigns aligned with brand and business goals.
5. Work with design and content teams to produce compelling content that resonates with audiences.
6. Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and applications in digital media.
7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve user experience.
8. Implement new features like bots and integrations within channels.
9. Collaborate with influencers to expand campaign reach.
10. Use analytics to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Telegram for marketing.
• Proven success in planning and executing Telegram campaigns.
• Experience in competitive markets is a plus.
• Exceptional copywriting skills.
• Experience in growing new digital channels is desirable.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Spanish or French is a valuable asset.
