Digital Marketing Specialist - Fixed-term

Job Description

The role requires key knowledge in digital and social media marketing techniques. The digital marketing specialist will work with the digital marketing team to activate content exposure through social media, prepare content for channels such as CRM and web, and support other tactics. The role includes onboarding and training on Philips digital marketing systems, as well as access to reporting and data analysis tools.

Your Role:
  1. Analyze marketing data: Translate data into actionable insights to optimize campaigns and processes, using data analysis tools to understand customer behavior and campaign performance.
  2. Support marketing projects: Track budgets, coordinate with creative agencies, and analyze channel effectiveness.
  3. Improve processes: Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and streamline workflows within the marketing department.
  4. Handle requests and inquiries: Manage internal and external marketing requests, customer feedback, and liaise with vendors.
  5. Research and troubleshoot: Address complex marketing issues, analyze market trends, and resolve technical problems.
  6. Manage databases: Maintain accurate marketing databases and resource libraries, establish data governance, and ensure data quality.
  7. Develop support processes: Streamline workflows and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency.
  8. Support tasks: Provide clear instructions, delegate effectively, and monitor project progress.

You will be part of the Digital Marketing Team in the Growth Region, reporting to the Digital Marketing Leader.

You are the right fit:
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media and digital media marketing.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Team player, eager to succeed.
How we work together

We believe in collaboration. Office-based teams work in person at least 3 days a week. Roles are classified as onsite, field, or office roles, depending on work location.
