Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, a creative mindset, and a passion for driving growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals, manage multiple client accounts, and demonstrate strong presentation and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage paid and organic digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- SEO & SEM Optimization: Implement strategies to improve search engine rankings, conduct keyword research, optimize content, and manage PPC campaigns.
- Content Creation: Develop content for social media posts, SEO-optimized website content, blog articles, email newsletters, and campaign-related materials.
- GTAG & Pixel Integration: Generate, configure, and implement Google Tag Manager (GTAG), Facebook Pixel, and other tracking codes on website pages, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate tracking of key events, conversions, and site behavior.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms. Ensure that data collection is accurate, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms, manage content calendars, and drive engagement across channels.
- Email Marketing: Create, test, and send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B tests for landing pages, ads, and emails to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborative Strategy: Collaborate with both in-house teams and clients to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree with minimum 3+ years experience in digital marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent presentation abilities and effectively engage with clients to communicate marketing strategies, results, and recommendations.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTAG) and Meta Pixel, including setting up and managing conversion tracking, event tracking, and custom analytics configurations.
- Strong experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address challenges and optimize campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
