As we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale our growth, we currently have an amazing opportunity for Digital Marketing Specialist in our Marketing team. We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you’ll do?

  1. Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  2. Maintain and optimise the business and projects websites/landing pages for performance, usability, and SEO as well as implement updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that functionality aligns with the marketing objectives.
  3. Work with the SEO agency in keyword research and implement on-page and technical SEO improvements, manage site structure, metadata, link-building and other initiatives to enhance rankings.
  4. Set up and manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, Google Search Console, etc. and implement UTM tracking and ensure proper tagging across campaigns for accurate performance measurement.
  5. Support our design and IT teams by building and deploying responsive HTML email campaigns, and track and report on campaign performance, optimizing for higher engagement rates.
  6. Set up and manage WhatsApp for Business communications to support marketing campaigns and monitor engagement and optimize for effective customer communication.
  7. Assist with planning and deploying paid campaigns across Google, social media, and other platforms, initially working closely with the agency to perform A/B testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, impact and results.
  8. Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives.
  9. Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and evolving trends that are relevant to adopt.
  10. Align website, SEO, and campaign strategies with the overall marketing communications programme.
  11. Strategically plan multi-channel digital campaigns, leveraging data to optimise reach and impact.

Who you are?

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with degree / certification in related field.
  2. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with extensive knowledge of technical digital marketing.
  3. A strong understanding of the real estate market.
  4. Experience with SEO and SEM.
  5. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  6. Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
