Job Title: Digital Marketing Analyst

Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Computers), Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience: 2-4 years in digital marketing analysis, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze digital marketing performance across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
  2. Utilize data analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ares, etc., to monitor traffic trends, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
  3. Generate reports and dashboards to inform stakeholders and suggest optimization strategies.
  4. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to maximize engagement and conversions.
  5. Conduct competitor analysis and benchmark performance against industry standards.
  6. Identify and track KPIs to measure ROI.
  7. Collaborate with creative teams to align strategies with business objectives and audience needs.
  8. Provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement, website optimization, and conversion rates.
  9. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, SEO tools, and marketing software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance tracking is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic coding is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.
