Job Description
- Support the development and execution of regional and country marketing plans, including managing e-commerce communications.
- Provide digital transition support and training within the region to empower local teams.
- Manage projects in coordination with the global digital team, including user training.
- Coordinate and deliver a cohesive and comprehensive regional/local marketing communications plan across various media, from web to social media.
- Implement and track campaign activities and coordinate website content; utilise the region and countries' CRM system to build targeted campaigns to support country plans.
- Support sales teams with product knowledge and training, and actively participate in major regional events held by the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or an equivalent professional qualification, is required.
- Must have 2-5 years of demonstrated success in digital marketing, ideally within a corporate B2B environment.
- Proven experience in marketing communications execution using a full suite of communication tools, including web and CRM, is essential.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Eloqua, Sprinklr, Percolate, Sales Media App, ServiceNow, Adobe Enterprise Management (AEM), and SFDC Lightning is highly preferred.
- Strong project management, planning, and implementation skills, coupled with excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and analytical abilities, is crucial.
- Must be self-motivated, conscientious, and confident with a track record of effectively collaborating with sales teams.
- Must be based in the UAE
