The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate high-quality leads that convert into sales.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for real estate properties.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) targeting potential buyers, investors, and sellers.
- Analyze customer behavior to create targeted campaigns that drive high-quality inbound leads.
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and website landing pages, to nurture and attract leads.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce property-related videos, virtual tours, and other media to showcase listings.
- Optimize the company’s website and content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Implement effective SEO strategies for real estate keywords to generate leads through search engines.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Create and manage email campaigns targeting potential buyers and investors.
- Work with the CRM team to build automated workflows that nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Monitor email campaign performance and adjust strategies for better results.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with the goal of growing engagement, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness.
- Implement paid and organic social media campaigns for property promotions and lead generation.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and analyze lead generation performance.
- Regularly report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights to continually optimize lead generation efforts.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up on promptly and efficiently.
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance to management and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
- Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is a plus.
