We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus on lead generation to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online marketing, particularly in creating and executing lead generation strategies, utilizing digital channels to attract potential buyers, sellers, and investors. The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate high-quality leads that convert into sales.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for real estate properties.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) targeting potential buyers, investors, and sellers.
  • Analyze customer behavior to create targeted campaigns that drive high-quality inbound leads.
  • Create engaging content for various digital platforms, including blogs, social media, and website landing pages, to nurture and attract leads.
  • Collaborate with the content team to produce property-related videos, virtual tours, and other media to showcase listings.
  • Optimize the company’s website and content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Implement effective SEO strategies for real estate keywords to generate leads through search engines.
  • Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and manage email campaigns targeting potential buyers and investors.
  • Work with the CRM team to build automated workflows that nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Monitor email campaign performance and adjust strategies for better results.
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) with the goal of growing engagement, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness.
  • Implement paid and organic social media campaigns for property promotions and lead generation.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and analyze lead generation performance.
  • Regularly report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI.
  • Adjust strategies based on data insights to continually optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up on promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide regular updates on campaign performance to management and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies.
