We are looking for an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee all aspects of digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective online marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and overall ROI. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including social media management, Google Analytics, Meta Marketing, and graphic design tools.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels.
ROI Optimization: Focus on increasing ROI through data-driven decisions, continually refining campaigns for improved performance and cost-efficiency.
Google Analytics Expertise: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to provide actionable insights and improve strategies.
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), including content creation, community engagement, and growing the online presence.
Content Creation & Graphic Design: Create compelling graphics, banners, and other visual content for use across marketing campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
SEO & SEM Strategies: Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase organic reach and traffic, alongside search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (sales, product, etc.) to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Email Marketing: Design, manage, and track email marketing campaigns aimed at customer engagement and lead generation.
Stay Updated: Keep up with industry trends and updates in digital marketing tools, strategies, and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on campaign management and ROI optimization.
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Marketing (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Marketing and other social media platforms.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement actionable strategies.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
