Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and campaign management. The ideal candidate will have experience with SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and digital analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display ads.
  2. Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
  3. Oversee paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.), including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance analysis.
  4. Create, implement, and monitor social media strategies on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  5. Develop and distribute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and build customer engagement.
  6. Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  8. Work closely with the content team to create engaging content that supports SEO and overall marketing goals.
  9. Collaborate with other departments (sales, design, product) to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
  10. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics, etc.) to track performance and ROI of campaigns.
  11. Continuously optimize marketing campaigns for maximum performance and efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
  4. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  8. Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
  9. Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus.
