Digital Marketing Senior Specialist (FFS & JV Events)
JOB PURPOSE OVERVIEW
- Manage the development, execution, and reporting of digital campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with the event's strategic objectives, fostering engagement and driving sales.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Digital marketing management: Develop and implement campaigns aligned with the event's goals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage digital campaign budgets, and ensure alignment with overall guidelines.
- Data analysis & CRM: Contribute to customer journey analysis, interpret data for campaign optimization, support marketing data analytics, especially CRM-focused, and help identify marketing trends and potential risks.
- Client management: Manage digital campaigns including coordination with clients for approval and reporting.
DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGEMENT
- Plan, develop, and implement digital campaigns across channels.
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends and suggest relevant strategy adjustments.
- Manage media buys and target audience strategies.
- Build and nurture relationships with digital partners like TT, META, Spotify to explore partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ticketing platforms to optimize user experience.
- Manage email marketing initiatives, including list segmentation and testing.
- Optimize digital platforms for SEO, mobile, and user experience.
- Develop digital content and assets for events.
- Manage budgets and reporting to ensure campaigns are timely, within budget, and ROI-focused.
- Support conceptualization and design of digital campaigns, suggesting creative ideas, platforms, and KPIs.
- Research emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Provide insights and recommendations for integrating new strategies.
- Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns with targeted strategies and platform selection.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
DATA ANALYSIS & CRM
- Analyze sales funnels for customer journey insights.
- Interpret data for campaign effectiveness and trends.
- Create marketing reports.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute tasks according to Delegation of Authority (DoA).
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Handle requests from reporting lines within role scope.
EXPERIENCE EXPECTED
- 5+ years in marketing roles, focusing on events and entertainment.
EDUCATION EXPECTED
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
SOFT SKILLS
- Excellent communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in data analysis and marketing tools, PPC, email marketing, social media advertising, and analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- UAE-based with domestic and international travel as required.
