Job summary

Grandseal is seeking a Digital Marketing & Multimedia Executive to plan and execute our digital marketing activities while creating engaging video and motion graphics in-house. You will be a hands-on marketer, managing social media, running paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, and producing content that supports our brand and sales goals.

The ideal candidate enjoys ownership, works independently, and is eager to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Good understanding of audience targeting, budget management, lead generation and campaign optimisation.
• Proficiency in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).
• Working knowledge of motion graphics using Adobe After Effects (basic level is acceptable).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Flexible, self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the brand's social media presence across platforms, including content planning, content calendars, posting and audience engagement.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with the brand's identity, marketing goals and target audience.
• Edit videos and reels for social media, campaigns and corporate communication.
• Create motion graphics for social media posts, advertisements and presentations.
• Plan, set up, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn.
• Run lead generation campaigns, including Meta and LinkedIn lead forms, and work closely with the sales team on lead quality and follow-up.
• Support exhibitions and events through campaigns, booth visuals, promotional content and event coverage.
