Job description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and growth strategies/campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
• Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including SEO, ASO, and Performance Marketing.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels, analyze campaign performance metrics against goals (ROI and KPIs), adjust strategies accordingly, and prepare regular performance reports to identify trends and create opportunities.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess results.
• Implement and optimize growth hacking initiatives to increase user engagement and retention.
• Formulate and execute effective go-to-market plans.
• Work cross-functionally between the local team and central business units.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in digital marketing, user acquisition/retention, product marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles, preferably in the cryptocurrency or tech industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Deep understanding of the MENA region (GCC experience is a plus).
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminologies and trends; interest in the industry is a plus.
• Strong multitasking ability and capability to work quickly under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic and French is a plus.
