About the Role:
KFC MENA is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy and execution across 12 dynamic markets. This role is responsible for driving digital performance across key online channels—including app, website, search, social, display, and video. You will work closely with leading agencies and internal teams to drive traffic, revenue, and engagement, ensuring the brand’s digital investments deliver strong business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets efficiently, maximizing ROAS, CPA, CPO, and overall ROI through data-led decisions.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive digital marketing calendar in coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities that enhance digital outcomes.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to produce compelling content and marketing assets that align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Lead pilot programs and implement new digital tools and technologies (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, GA360, CDPs) to drive innovation and performance.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including Product, Revenue Management, Digital Revenue, BI & Analytics, and Market Teams to align marketing strategy and execution.
- Manage external relationships with performance marketing and creative agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery and performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA is preferred
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce marketing
- Regional experience across MENA markets is highly valued
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Adjust, and Google Analytics
- Deep understanding of ecommerce KPIs and concepts (CPA, CLTV, CRM, cohorts, tracking, dashboards)
- Proven ability to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns using data and analytics
- Skilled in customer segmentation, engagement, and retention strategies
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational abilities
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Experience in F&B, retail, or QSR is a plus
