We're looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead online campaigns, drive lead generation, and grow our brand across digital platforms. Ideal candidates will have real estate or hospitality marketing experience and a strong record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (social, email, SEO, PPC)
• Develop strategies to generate qualified leads
• Manage social media and content creation
• Handle ad budgets (Google, Meta, etc.) to maximize ROI
• Improve SEO/SEM performance and website traffic
• Track and report campaign performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing goals
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with trends

Requirements:

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience (real estate/hospitality preferred)
• Bachelor's in Marketing or related field
• Proficient in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, email marketing
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic/French/German a plus
