About the Role
Support the Marketing Line Manager in executing digital marketing initiatives aligned with the overall Marketing and Communications strategy to drive business objectives across all Business Units excluding Events Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, analytics, and tactical campaign delivery. Ensure activities meet objectives, adhere to timelines, and stay within budget, while optimizing performance and measuring conversions.
- Manage digital marketing activities including SEM campaigns, marketing administration, and control.
- Support financial control and performance management efforts.
What are we looking for
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields.
- 35 years of experience in a digital agency environment, preferably servicing local clients in the events, real estate, or free zone industries.
- Prior exposure to Dubai Government entities is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including:
- Web platforms
- SEO / SEM
- Social media marketing
- Email marketing
- Content marketing
- Digital advertising
Hands-on experience with platforms and tools such as:
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics (including GA4)
- Social media management tools
- Email marketing platforms (e.g., Eloqua)
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design is a plus. Experience with content management systems like Umbraco is an advantage.
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
