Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive qualified leads, enhance brand visibility, and support sales and leasing targets across residential, commercial, and hospitality portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and manage performance-driven digital marketing campaigns across paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Plan and execute lead generation strategies for real estate projects and events
- Manage and optimize campaigns for ROI, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates
- Support the marketing calendar with digital activations for new launches, open houses, and promotions
Website & SEO/SEM
- Maintain and update company websites, microsites, and landing pages
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility
- Monitor and improve website performance, page speed, and mobile usability
Content & Social Media
- Create and manage content for digital channels including social media, newsletters, blogs, and EDMs
- Coordinate with designers and agencies for high-impact visuals and videos
- Drive audience engagement and follower growth on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and HubSpot
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Manage UTM tagging and conversion tracking
Collaboration & Brand Management
- Work with Sales, Design, CRM, and IT teams to align digital efforts with business goals
- Ensure digital assets are aligned with brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Coordinate with real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.) for listings and promotions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in real estate or property development
- Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing metrics
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and email automation platforms
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), real estate portals, and lead management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with analytical mindset
Preferred:
- Real estate or property marketing experience in the UAE or GCC
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
