Job description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and media strategy and will be responsible for leveraging both internal resources and external agencies to achieve business goals.

This position plays a critical role in planning and executing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns, from awareness to conversion, across key platforms. You will work closely with the regional and HQ marketing teams to develop localized digital strategies that align with global objectives for one of the top three consumer notebook brands in the world — ASUS.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and local DSPs.
  • Collaborate with local media agencies, ensuring efficient execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Propose and manage digital budgets, ensuring spend effectiveness and campaign ROI.
  • Lead performance reviews and cross-platform reporting; analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, VTR, conversion rate, etc., and proactively optimize.
  • Manage launch marketing campaigns, coordinating with regional product and content teams for timely go-to-market executions.
  • Drive implementation of new digital initiatives, including data-driven targeting, remarketing strategies, and first-party data integration.
  • Align with global marketing strategies while tailoring local tactics to improve market competitiveness.
  • Review and verify agency invoice submissions and ensure proper documentation of proof of execution.

Qualification and Background:

  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally within tech, consumer electronics, or performance-driven industries.
  • Proven track record managing media agencies and improving campaign outcomes via cross-functional collaboration.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, and e-commerce media.
  • Strong grasp of digital media metrics and attribution models; comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools (e.g., Data Studio, Power BI).
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are highly preferred.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
  • Strategic thinker with strong project management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, international work environment.

Prefer to Have (not mandatory but highly valued)

  • Experience in CRM/CDP management or leveraging first-party data to enhance ad targeting and campaign personalization

OR

  • Familiarity with eRetail media platforms and experience executing performance campaigns via key online retailers

OR

  • Experience collaborating with regional or HQ teams in a matrix-style organization, with demonstrated success in cross-border alignment and execution
