MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Responsible for driving Mediclinic’s digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, patient engagement and service uptake across digital channels. This role (based in Dubai) leads the planning and execution of campaigns, content development, SEO, SEM, social media and performance analytics and ensures all digital activities align with the group’s clinical values, patient experience goals and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, PPC, display, social).
  • Manage day-to-day digital channel operations including CMS, paid media platforms and automation tools.
  • Optimise user journeys across web and mobile platforms to drive conversions.
  • Implement SEO and SEM strategies for visibility and ranking.
  • Build dashboards to monitor campaign effectiveness across channels.
  • Analyse web and campaign data to uncover trends and optimisation opportunities.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage CMS updates and content uploads for websites and landing pages.
  • Track media spend and report on budget utilisation.
  • Implement digital marketing practices that comply with POPIA, GDPR, and other data protection laws.
REQUIRED EDUCATION

Post Bachelors’ qualification with demonstration of continuous learning

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

6+ years’ Digital Marketing experience with 1 - 2 years in a management role
