Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic.
- Analyze and interpret data from various digital channels to optimize campaigns and improve ROI effectively.
- Manage and enhance the company's social media presence across platforms, ensuring engaging and relevant content.
- Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings, using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, to nurture leads and maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and sales, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for digital growth and innovation.
- Create compelling content strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
- Manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
- Report on campaign performance using KPIs, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in campaign management.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot Inbound Marketing are highly desirable.
- Experience in B2B or B2C industries, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing software, including CRM tools, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities to drive teams toward achieving marketing objectives.
