The Job

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  2. Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  3. Lead a team of content creators, designers, and video editors to produce engaging and visually appealing content.
  4. Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
  5. Monitor, analyze, and optimize social media and website performance metrics to improve results.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall marketing goals.
  7. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
The Profile

Qualifications :

  1. A minimum of 8 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, and strategy development.
  2. Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
  3. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
  4. Proficiency in tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
  5. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful B2C campaigns.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong proofreading and editing abilities.
  7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  8. Project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
