Job description

My client is looking for a results-oriented and data-savvy Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of their digital marketing strategy and execution. In this role, you will drive measurable growth through high-impact campaigns across channels such as paid media, SEO / SEM, email marketing, and web optimisation. Your focus will be on scaling demand generation, improving lead quality, and optimising performance marketing initiatives.

This role would suit a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing within the payments, or Fintech, sectors.

Responsibilities : -

  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize digital marketing campaigns across a wide range of channels - including web, lifecycle, SEO / SEM, display, social, and retargeting to drive full-funnel growth from awareness to conversion and retention.
  • Monitor, analyse, and adjust campaign performance to maximise ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee budget allocation across channels to maximise efficiency and deliver strong ROI.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to produce compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and copy optimised for conversion.
  • Conduct A / B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on managing paid media campaigns within a B2B environment.
  • They provide expertise in SEO / SEM and a range of paid acquisition channels, including social, search, and display advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, uncover insights, and translate data into impactful marketing strategies.
  • Self-motivated and proactive - capable of driving both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Experience using marketing and analytics tools (eg, HubSpot, GA4, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
