Job Responsibilities
- Build the digital yearly plan and budget for the hotel across both direct and indirect channels.
- Contribute to hotel strategy by working closely with key stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, Revenue, PR, and F&B departments.
- Develop quarterly and yearly e-commerce and digital marketing plans covering all digital channels and levers (direct & indirect).
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including but not limited to SEO/SEA, emailing, social media, display advertising, Metasearch, and influencer collaborations.
- Report and analyze the performance of web direct and indirect channels.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals such as ROI and KPIs.
- Ensure the hotel's presence across key social platforms relevant to target markets and oversee social content production.
- Handle CRM and email marketing campaigns using third-party tools for Rooms, F&B, and other outlets, in line with strategy and corporate guidelines.
- Monitor and assist in maintaining rate parity across all distribution channels in collaboration with the Revenue Director/Manager.
- Manage the hotel's online reputation and image.
- Regularly review and monitor competitors to maintain content quality and offer competitiveness.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and performance.
- Brainstorm and implement new and creative growth strategies.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Ensure visibility and increased usage of the Accor App across the hotel.
- Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide leadership for their adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry or a related sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for industry trends and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to high-quality work.
