Job description

The Position

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) will manage two support staff. The DMM will be responsible for increasing foot traffic, sales per square foot, and awareness of this luxury development, its tenants, and attractions. The role involves driving technological innovation across various channels to enhance the guest experience, tracking emerging trends, managing digital projects and vendors, and fully engaging retail and entertainment sectors through omni-channel platforms.

Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in the UAE market, with 5 years in digital marketing, CRM, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of management experience, including strategic planning, managing internal teams, and external vendors or agencies.
  • Proven experience working with retail and lifestyle brands in PR and social media marketing.
  • Extensive network and expertise in the local fashion industry.
  • Transformational, dynamic, and passionate leadership with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Resilient, innovative, and results-driven marketing professional.
  • Excellent fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills; translation skills are a plus.
