This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to real estate products and services, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
- Oversee content strategy and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels
- Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs such as ROI, CTR, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, leasing, sales) to create cohesive marketing strategies
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1–2 years specifically in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and email marketing platforms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
