EMEAA Tech People is partnering with a leading Financial Technology (FinTech) company to hire a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager who will lead digital growth and brand engagement across their Middle East operations. This Dubai-based role presents a unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of an innovative tech-driven financial services provider.

About the Client:

Our client is a fast-growing FinTech firm with a global footprint and a strong market presence in the Middle East. Recognised for disrupting traditional finance through technology, they are scaling rapidly and investing heavily in digital marketing to accelerate growth, user acquisition, and brand awareness.

The Role:

As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take charge of planning, executing, and optimising digital campaigns across all major channels. From performance marketing to content strategy, you will drive lead generation, product adoption, and customer engagement in a fast-paced, data-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies to support customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic networks.
  • Lead SEO and content optimisation efforts to enhance visibility and organic growth.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Mixpanel to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to ensure cohesive messaging and user experience across digital touchpoints.
  • Manage digital ad budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution with strong ROI.
  • Stay ahead of FinTech marketing trends, tools, and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Report directly to the Head of Marketing and contribute to broader go-to-market and growth strategies.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Currently based in the UAE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within FinTech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Strong track record in performance marketing, growth hacking, and data-led campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media, SEO/SEM, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
  • Passionate about technology, with a solid understanding of FinTech products and digital customer journeys.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Agile and adaptable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
